Job summary

A water treatment and project management company located in Pasig is seeking an experienced candidate to supervise water treatment programs and oversee project implementations. The role is on-site and requires capability in report writing and team management. Responsibilities

• Ensure proper implementation of water treatment programs.
• Conduct daily meetings with supervisors and key personnel.
• Oversee project implementation and handle costing of equipment projects.
• Submit weekly reports to the General Manager.
• Prepare and monitor the department budget.
• Submits weekly reports on department, updates and accomplishment to GM.
• Prepares department budget. Monitors and reports expenses against budget variances.
• Ensure water treatment program per client is correctly implemented.
• Accomplishment project on time and within budget.
• On time servicing programs in the workplace contractual obligation.
• Handles employee relation and discipline within the department.
• Ensures total implementation of 5s program in the workplace.

Responsibilities

• Ensure regular and proper implementation of water treatment program e.g dosing of chemicals , blow down/bleed off, reignition ,etc.
• Conducts daily meetings with department supervisors ,key personnel on issues and concern and resolutions.
• Conduct meeting with technicians once a week.
• Oversees project implementation and accomplishments . ( a. Retrieval of Excess Materials, b. Inventory c. Report Project cost per project complementation , d. Evaluate Variances )
• Handles costing of equipment projects.
• Submits weekly reports on department , updates and accomplishment to GM.
• Prepares department budget. Monitors and reports expenses against budget variances.
• Ensure water treatment program per client is correctly implemented.
• Accomplishment project on time and within budget.
• On time servicing programs in the workplace contractual obligation.
• Handles employee relation and discipline within the department.
• Ensures total implementation of 5s program in the workplace.

Qualifications
