Job Description:

A failure analysis technician is responsible in providing failure analysis to support customer returns, qualifications, and other engineering evaluations. Collaboration with FA requestors and other cross-functional teams is also required. He/she must observe proper housekeeping, environmental, health, and safety protocols while doing his/her tasks.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Education Level At least a graduate of technical/vocational course Working experience At least 2 years work experience in FA or similar discipline.

• Basic knowledge and skill in performing non-destructive and destructive FA techniques.
• Basic knowledge and skill in operating failure analysis tools and equipment.
• Basic knowledge of basic semiconductor Fab, Assembly and Test process flow.
• Basic knowledge of chemical handling safety training.
• Basic skill in physical failure techniques.
• Intermediate knowledge in electrical testing and datalog interpretation.
• Intermediate skill in physical failure analysis techniques.
