Job summary

Allegro MicroSystems is seeking an entry-level Associate Technician to support the maintenance and repair of manufacturing equipment. You will work under close supervision to learn troubleshooting, preventative maintenance, and safety procedures, contributing to reduced downtime and higher production efficiency.

Under guidance, you will perform basic mechanical or electrical tasks, use common tools and diagnostic equipment, and document activities in the equipment management system.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; entry-level with on-the-job training provided.
• Technical certificate or coursework in a skilled trade (e.g., electronics, mechanics) is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of mechanical, electrical, or electronic principles.
• Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and a strong desire to learn a technical trade.
