Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting e-bikes and electric scooters based on their needs, preferences, and budget
• Demonstrate product features, benefits, and proper usage
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product specifications, pricing, and promotions
• Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business
• Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and after-sales support
• Maintain showroom cleanliness, organization, and product displays
• Coordinate with inventory and service teams regarding stock and product availability

Qualifications

• Proven experience in retail sales, preferably in e-bikes, electric scooters, or similar mobility products
• Strong understanding of electric vehicle features, components, and benefits
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
• Ability to meet sales targets and work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic technical knowledge of e-bike and scooter maintenance is an advantage
• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree is a plus)
