HATASU E-Bike is seeking a field service technician in the Philippines to repair customer units and dealer stocks, monitor repairs, and complete service reports promptly. You will manage warranty parts, perform battery charging checks, and handle basic assembly/disassembly of units.

Requirements include at least 6 months of experience, willingness to work on the field, ability to work under pressure, and a valid driver's license. Motorcycle ownership is a plus; travel may be involved.

• Experience in repair or service of e-bikes is preferred.
• Willing to work on field.
• Must have driver's license.

Responsabilités

• Executes repair of customer units and dealer stocks; monitors progress until completion.
• Accomplishes Service Report for assigned cases on a timely manner.
• Coordinates retrieval of defective warranty parts.
• Battery maintenance charging requirement.
• Basic assemble/disassemble of unit.
• Basic troubleshooting skills.
