Job summary

MedSpecializedInc is seeking a Technical Writer to develop and maintain high-quality documentation for software used by both technical and non-technical audiences. The position is onsite at our Cebu City offices.

You will create user guides, collaborate with software developers and SMEs, draft release notes, and perform proofreading to ensure accuracy. A Bachelor's degree and at least 6 months of experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a relevant field.
• At least 6 months of experience as a Technical Writer or Content Writer.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Ability to research and present information clearly and concisely.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Creative thinking and adaptability to different audiences and platforms.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to error-free content.

Responsibilities

• Drafting new user guides for software.
• Updating existing user guides for software.
• Collaborating with developers and SMEs to draft guides and release notes.
• Drafting and compiling release notes following guidelines.
• Proofreading drafts to maintain high writing standards.
