Job summary

Mitsubishi Motors Philippines Corporation in Laguna, Santa Rosa, is seeking an experienced Training Specialist to execute and monitor training activities for instructors and trainees, ensuring compliance with MMPC rules and standards, and to help elevate dealership service excellence.

You will assist in managing local and foreign training requirements, oversee facilities and equipment, coordinate manuals and tools, and contribute to developing revalidation programs that raise dealer competency

Qualifications

• Graduate of Engineering or any related course.
• 5 years experience in Classroom, Work Shop, and On-line Training.
• Automotive industry background and sales experience is a plus.
• Excellent presentation skills; knowledge in creative design is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

• Execute and monitor training activities that enhance the skills of instructors & trainees in MMPC rules and standards.
• Assist in managing department's foreign and local training requirements.
• Assist in managing and monitoring upkeep and improvement of Training Center facilities & equipment.
• Assist in managing and monitoring inventory and distribution of service manuals, publications, and diagnostic tools.
• Execute and monitor the development of the revalidation program and a monitoring tool to improve future training programs.
• Monitors the development of all Dealer in-house Trainer and Training activities to include maintenance of its facilities & equipment.
• Execute and monitor training activities, which enhance the skills of both instructors & trainees in compliance with MMPC rules.
• Execute training program developments aimed at increasing the competency level of dealer Sales and After-sales personnel.
