Qualifications

• Graduate of Engineering or related course.
• At least 1 year experience in Classroom, Workshop, and On-line Training.
• automotive industry background and sales experience is a plus.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.

• Constructs training materials and audio-visual aids, simulators, cut-outs and jigs to facilitate training.
• Performs training needs analysis to determine the types of training offered to dealers.
• Executes/monitors & supervises implementation of training programs according to plan.
• Conceptualizes and develops training plans, courses for Dealer Sales and After-Sales personnel.
• Communicates with dealer Sales and After Sales heads regarding on training related concerns.

• Conducts workshop, classroom & on-line training of automobile technology for MMC vehicles to various Sales and After Sales personnel.

• Constructs training materials and audio-visual aids, simulators, cut-outs and jigs in order to facilitate training.

• Performs training needs analysis to determine the types of training to be offered to dealers.

• Executes/ monitors & supervises implementation of training programs according to plan.

• Conceptualizes and develops training plans, courses for Dealer Sales and After-Sales personnel.

• Communicates with dealer Sales and After Sales heads regarding on training related concerns.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Graduate of Engineering or any related course

• At least 1 year experience in Classroom, Work Shop, and On-line Training

• Preferably with automotive industry background, experience in Sales is a plus

• With excellent presentation skills, knowledge in creative design is a plus.

• With exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
