Responsible for overseeing technical training activities, implementing and delivering structured training programs for dealer technicians and technical personnel in alignment with HTRP and SDP standards, while monitoring competency levels and developing tailored training interventions based on identified technical needs.
Job Responsibility
Technical Training Development
- Develop and implement technical training programs to enhance the skills, knowledge, and competency of dealer service personnel
- Identify training needs and design/update curricula to ensure alignment with industry trends, technological advancements, and manufacturer standards
Training Delivery and Certification Program
- Establish and implement the Service Diagnosis Program (SDP) Technical Training structure for dealer service personnel, incorporating local case studies to enhance learner engagement while maintaining alignment with HMC standards
- Implement the Hyundai Technician Recognition Program (HTRP) for dealer aftersales personnel (e.g., foreman, trainer, quality controller, technician) to develop Certified, Expert, and Master Technicians capable of delivering high-quality service and superior customer experience
- Implement the Hyundai Training and Certification for Electric Vehicles (HTC for EV) in alignment with HMC / HMAP RHQ training modules, standards, processes, and timelines.
- Conduct the Hyundai Service Technician Education Program for Warranty Administrators/Processors to strengthen technical understanding and process compliance
- Provide New Dealer Technical Training Support as part of onboarding, guiding dealer personnel on repair, maintenance, and diagnostic processes using appropriate tools and equipment
Performance Evaluation and Quality Assurance Documentation
- Conduct monthly, quarterly performance evaluations for in-house trainers, foremen, and technicians (as applicable) to assess competency and training effectiveness
- Ensure continuous improvement of training delivery and technical capability development across dealer networks
- Organize and maintain technical training reports on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc basis as required

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 3-5 years’ experience of auto distributor aftersales and/or related field
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Excellent Communication Skills
