We are looking for a Technical Supervisor to join our growing team and lead technical staff, and support architectural and structural design, field operations, and continuous staff development.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Supervises technical staff and manages daily operations.
• Schedules work, monitors performance, and handles logistics and supplies.
• Conducts staff training, mentoring, and in‑house workshops.
• Performs estimating, drafting, and technical drawings (manual and AutoCAD).
• Carrying out field inspections, measurements, and technical presentations.
• Prepares technical reports.
• Performs basic architectural and structural design for residential, light commercial, and light industrial projects.
• Uses engineering software such as STRAP 2020, Vertex 3D, and STAADPro.
• Conducts performance reviews and recommends improvements.
• Performs other related duties as required.

Job Qualifications

• A graduate of the Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, Architecture, and other related courses.
• A license in engineering or architecture is an advantage.
• More than 3 years of experience in engineering or architectural work, either design or construction, or both.
