Job summary

CBRE Asia Pacific in Quezon City is seeking a Technical Supervisor to lead engineering operations and direct technicians, vendors, and subcontractors. The role covers preventive maintenance, repairs, and facilities support across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.

You will supervise a team, manage budgets, ensure quality and regulatory compliance, and coordinate with facilities staff and contractors to keep buildings running safely and efficiently.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or vocational graduate in FM/Engineering
• At least 3 years in facilities management or engineering/maintenance
• Strong technical knowledge of building systems and facilities equipment
• Leadership and management experience
• Willing to work 6 days a week including weekends/holidays

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance and repair of buildings and systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, mechanical)
• Supervise a team of technicians and assign tasks

About The Role

As a CBRE Technical Supervisor, you will be responsible for engineering operations and the direction of technicians, vendors, and subcontractors.

This job is part of the Engineering and Technical Services job function. They are responsible for providing support, preventive maintenance, and repairs on equipment and systems.

What You'll Do

• Maintenance and Repair : Oversee the maintenance and repair of buildings, equipment, and systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.


• Team Management: Supervise and manage a team of technicians, including assigning tasks, providing training, and evaluating performance.


• Budgeting and Cost Control: Manage budgets and costs associated with maintenance and repair activities.


• Quality Control : Ensure that all maintenance and repair activities meet quality standards and regulatory requirements.


• Communication : Communicate with facilities staff, management, and external contractors to ensure smooth operations and resolve issues.


• Safety : Ensure a safe working environment for technicians and building occupants.


• Reporting: Prepare and submit reports on maintenance and repair activities, including costs and performance metrics.
