Job summary

FertiGlobal Philippines seeks a Technical Specialist to plan, coordinate, and monitor field trials evaluating the efficacy and performance of agricultural products. You will support product development through field research and data analysis.

You will collaborate with government agencies, research institutions, trial cooperators, and internal teams to ensure successful trials and continuous product improvements, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, Crop Science, Soil Science, or related field is required.
• Experience in bioefficacy trials, agricultural research, field trials, or product development.
• Familiarity with fertilizers, biostimulants, crop protection products, or other agricultural inputs.
• Experience coordinating with the Department of Agriculture, government agencies, and research institutions.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with government agencies, research institutions for product validation and field trials.
• Develop research proposals and trial plans in coordination with Marketing and Technical/ISO Lead.
• Plan, coordinate and conduct product efficacy and field evaluation trials.
• Monitor field trial implementation, progress, protocols and timelines.
• Evaluate bioefficacy protocols and analyze field trial results for product performance.
• Recommend appropriate product application methods based on trial findings.
• Prepare periodic trial updates and comprehensive technical reports for management review.
• Build and maintain relationships with research institutions, trial cooperators and technical partners.
• Monitor competitor field trials, agricultural technologies, and new product developments.
• Provide technical insights and recommendations to support product development and business growth.
• Perform other research and product development activities as assigned by management.
