Qualifications

• Proficiency in Technical Support and Troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve client issues quickly and effectively

• Experience in various software and hardware
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to meet customer and organizational objectives
• Strong problem-solving and time-management skills
• Experience in technical sales or a related field is an advantage

• At least 1 year experience in a technical support or similar role is a plus.
