Job summary
Dempsey Resource Management Inc. is seeking a driven Sales Representative for on-site roles in the Makati area. The position requires 1-3 years of experience and a Bachelor’s degree, with responsibilities spanning client acquisition, bidding assistance, and consultative selling of medical equipment and related services.
Typical hours are 8AM-5PM with flexi-time for sales, and a salary of 28K plus sales incentives, depending on qualifications, with opportunities across NCR and other regions.

- 1-3 years of experience in sales or related field.

- Achieve maximum sales profitability, growth and other product lines penetration with assigned territory or market segment.
- Assist in completion and submission of bidding requirements to assigned accounts.
- Demonstrate aptitude for problem solving and consultative sales & technical service approach.
- Work independently and within a team to achieve targets.

- (1) Achieve maximum sales profitability, growth and other product lines penetration with other territory and/or market segment that may be assigned to him by effectively selling the company’s products and/or related services.
- (2)Help in the completion and submission of bidding requirements to the assigned account/s.
- (3) Demonstrate aptitude for problem solving ability solutions for customers (consultative sales & technical service approach).
- (4) Result-oriented and able to work both independently and within a team environment.
