Job summary

RR Donnelley Philippines Inc. is seeking a Senior EUC Security Engineer to ensure endpoint compliance across Windows and macOS devices, supported by governance, IT operations, and audit teams.

You will lead vulnerability remediation, patching, license compliance, and audit readiness, while mentoring staff and managing complex issues in a high-demand environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree equivalent in electronics or computer science.
• MCSA certification and Windows/macOS expertise.
• Minimum 4–6 years in End User Computing, Audit and Compliance.
• Experience with security controls, vulnerability remediation, and software licensing compliance.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior-level support for Endpoint Compliance Management and related areas.
• Resolve compliance and vulnerability issues with advanced troubleshooting.
• Maintain documentation and evidence for audits (internal/external/customer).
• Escalate and own compliance tickets with expert judgment.

Job description

• The End User Computing (EUC) Audit & Compliance is responsible for ensuring all endpoint devices (Windows, macOS,mobile devices) comply with organizational security standards, regulatory requirements, and internal IT policies.




• The team works closely with Infrastructure, IT Governance, IT Operations, Service Desk, and Audit teams to improve the organization's security posture and reduce compliance risks.




• Responsible for providing senior-level support to ensure the overall Endpoint Compliance Management , Patch Management Compliance, Vulnerability Management&Remediation, Endpoint Security Controls, Software License Compliance, Audit Management, and technical service and support.




• Technicians must possess a wide range of technical skills and knowledge, including knowledge of computer hardware and software, operating systems, networks, and security compliance.




• Assist IT functions, acting as the local “hands and eyes” in resolving IT technical issues, Compliance related issues, Vulnerability Management & Remediation, Security & Baseline Coverage, Software Compliance and Support for the Audits (Internal, External & Customer) and prepare the necessary documents/artifacts.




• Apply proven communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to help identify, communicate, and resolve highly advanced complex issues in support of business processing requirements.




• Must have large enterprise, client-facing experience with Excellent Troubleshooting skills & implementation.

Requirements for this role include

• Proven experience (4+ years) as a Senior EUC security Engineer or similar role.




• Technicians must possess a wide range of technical skills and knowledge, including knowledge of computer hardware and software, operating systems, networks, and security compliance.




• End-to-End Ownership & Escalation with respect to Compliance tickets and escalations with expert judgment




• Solid experiences in Windows 11 & macOS administration, Security & Baseline Coverage, Endpoint Compliance Management, Vulnerability Management, Patch Management Compliance, Endpoint Security Controls, Software License Compliance, Audit Management, Risk & Compliance Reporting, Data Protection Compliance, Device Lifecycle Compliance and Active Directory & Identity Compliance.




• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the capability to identify and resolve Vulnerability and Compliance related issues.




• Close findings from security audits and vulnerability assessments and implement necessary security measures to protect against unauthorized access and cyber threats.




• Representing the Audit and Compliance discussion, Internal Audits, providing required evidence, PreAudit checks, plan and mitigate Audit observations.




• Knowledge in Windows 11 OS installation




• Knowledge in Remote troubleshooting tools such as Dameware, LogMeIn.

• Provide technical support to internal clients as per issues logged by the Service Desk/business team

• Maintain SLAs in resolving technical issues and ensure customer satisfaction

• Proficient in using ITSM tools like ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, etc.,

• Exposure to handling incidents and/or service requests related to Google Workspace, Office 365 and Adobe Cloud Products will be an added advantage




• Hands on experience in handling requirements/Issues from OS Deployment, Antivirus, Patch Management, Encryption, VDI, Citrix




• Able to effectively prioritize tasks in a high-pressure environment.




• Assist IT functions, acting as the local “hands and eyes” in resolving IT technical issues. Troubleshoot PC hardware and software issues.




• Experience working in a collaborative environment.




• Mentor team members on technical issues.




• Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.

Essential Qualifications

Graduate degree equivalent in electronics / computer science

Technical Qualifications

MCSA Certification, A very good knowledge on windows & basic networking concepts. Exposure to MAC OS troubleshooting will be an added advantage.

Experience

Minimum of 4 to 6 years of experience in handling End User Computing, Audit and Compliance related responsibilities.

Work Schedule

Ability to work in flexible schedule during day, night Shifts and weekend on call support (24*7 coverage)
