First Focus Information Technology, Inc. is seeking a recruiter to grow our US business by sourcing exceptional Filipino IT professionals. You’ll build pipelines, partner with hiring managers, and deliver a candidate experience that’s engaging and professional.

You'll partner with hiring managers across our US business, building talent pipelines before vacancies even exist, sourcing passive candidates, improving recruitment processes, and delivering an experience that candidates actually enjoy.

Your primary focus will be recruiting Filipino IT professionals into our growing US technology business, but you'll also support recruitment across Australia and New Zealand when needed. That variety means you'll gain exposure to different markets, different hiring challenges, and plenty of opportunities to keep growing your own skills.

Because we're one recruitment team supporting multiple countries, your working hours will flex to match where the hiring demand is. Most of the time you'll be supporting our US business, but when Australia or New Zealand are growing quickly, your schedule may shift earlier to overlap with those teams instead. We think variety keeps things interesting.
