Job summary

Tap Growth ai in Iloilo City is seeking a passionate Technical Recruiter to join our team, handling end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to candidate management for IT roles. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of recruiting experience, strong communication and coordination skills, and proficiency with ATS platforms to build a robust talent pipeline.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Business, IT, or related field.
• At least 2 years recruitment experience, preferably in IT.
• Familiarity with ATS platforms and sourcing tools (LinkedIn, Indeed, Talentlyft, JobStreet, etc.).
• Experience supporting global or cross-functional hiring is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support the full recruitment lifecycle — sourcing, screening, interviewing coordination, and candidate management.
• Source and attract top talent through job boards, social media, referrals, and proactive headhunting.
• Recruit and pre-screen candidates for a wide range of technical roles (e.g., Developers, QA, Infrastructure, Data roles, etc.).
• Conduct initial TA screenings and evaluate candidate fit based on skills and job requirements.
• Coordinate technical interviews and assessments with hiring managers.
• Maintain accurate and updated candidate records in the ATS.
• Help build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Assist in preparing hiring reports and recruitment metrics.
