CSI Interfusion is seeking a Technical Project Manager to anchor the Philippine engineering team. You’ll drive end-to-end delivery, coordinate a local team, and connect them with our global stakeholders across the US, China, and India. It’s a high-ownership, mid-level role with a clear path into engineering management.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in software development, technical project management, or engineering delivery.
• Solid understanding of software workflows (APIs, backend, systems, SDLC).
• Hands-on experience with Agile / Scrum and tools like JIRA.
• Strong ownership, problem-solving, and multi-stakeholder management.
• Able to work onsite in Quezon City.

• Track progress, surface risks early, and drive solutions.

We're hiring a Technical Project Manager to help anchor our Philippine engineering team. • Improve workflows, efficiency, and delivery processes as we scale
• Support hiring and team build-out

What We're Looking For

Required

• 5+ years in software development, technical project management, or engineering delivery
• Solid understanding of software workflows (APIs, backend, systems, SDLC)
• Hands-on experience with Agile / Scrum and tools like JIRA
• Strong ownership, problem-solving, and multi-stakeholder management
• Able to work onsite in Quezon City
