Job summary

Deltek Systems (Philippines), Ltd. is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager for BI delivery. You will own end-to-end delivery of Power BI projects, dashboards, and reports, ensuring on-time results and clear acceptance criteria.

You will lead backlog prioritization, develop plans and sprint schedules, and coordinate with GTM Operations and Data Engineering to ensure data readiness and alignment. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in technical project management, delivery management, or similar role supporting software or analytics teams.
• Proven track record delivering projects on time in a structured, accountable manner.
• Hands-on experience with Agile, Scrum, Kanban and tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, Smartsheet.
• Working knowledge of BI or analytics platforms, data concepts, and reporting workflows.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and stakeholders.
• Comfort operating in fast-paced, evolving environments with shifting priorities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and prioritize the BI backlog with stakeholders and BI leadership, defining clear requirements and timelines.
• Develop and maintain project plans, sprint schedules, and status reporting across BI work.
• Facilitate requirements gathering sessions translating business needs into specifications.
• Run stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives to keep delivery on track.
• Track blockers, dependencies, and risks; drive resolution to keep projects moving.
• Coordinate cross-functional dependencies across GTM Operations, Data Engineering, and business teams.
• Monitor and report delivery metrics to improve throughput.
• Document artifacts including requirements, timelines, updates, and post-delivery summaries.
• Support adoption of consistent project management templates, workflows, and tooling standards.

• Own and manage the end-to-end delivery lifecycle for Power BI projects, including new dashboards, report enhancements, and bug fixes, ensuring on-time and on-scope delivery
• Maintain and prioritize the BI project backlog in coordination with business stakeholders and BI leadership, ensuring clear requirements, acceptance criteria, and delivery timelines
• Develop andmaintainproject plans, sprint schedules, and status reporting across the active portfolio of BI work
• Facilitate requirements gathering sessions with business stakeholders to translate business needs into clear, actionable specifications for the BI development team
• Run regular stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives to keep delivery on track and surface risks early
• Track and escape blockers, dependencies, and risks proactively, driving resolution to keep projects moving forward
• Coordinate cross-functional dependencies across GTM Operations, Data Engineering, and business teams to ensure data readiness and alignment
• Monitor and report on delivery metrics including on-time delivery rate, backlog velocity, and cycle time to continuously improve team throughput
• Document project artifacts including requirements, timelines, status updates, and post-delivery summaries to support transparency and knowledge transfer
• Support the adoption of consistent project management practices across the BI team, including templates, workflows, and tooling standards.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• 8+ years of experience in technical project management, delivery management, or a related role supporting software or analytics teams
• Demonstratedtrack recordof delivering projects on time in a structured, accountable manner
• Hands-on experience with project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban) and tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, Smartsheet, or similar)
• Working knowledge of BI or analytics platforms, data concepts, and reporting workflows—sufficient to engage meaningfully with technical teams and stakeholders
• Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and keep stakeholders aligned
