Job summary

LotusFlare, Inc. is seeking an experienced leader to drive cloud-native software projects within an enterprise SaaS environment. You will coordinate with Server engineering, product, UX/UI, sales, and customer success to ensure delivery and stakeholder alignment.

The role emphasizes strong communication, lifecycle oversight, and the ability to guide engineers and product managers on complex functionalities and dependencies across front-end and back-end systems.

Qualifications

• Experience in Telecommunications industry is nice to have
• 5+ years of working in an Enterprise software company is preferred in product management, scrum management, program management
• Strong communication and organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Lead or manage cloud-native web-apps-related software projects, preferably SaaS or PaaS
• Coordinate activities among Server engineering group and other departments
• Report project status with granular updates to stakeholders at various levels
• Partner with cross-functional teams including engineering, UX/UI, sales, marketing, and customer success
• Guide engineers, architects and product managers on product functionalities and requirements
• Understand dependencies between front-end and back-end and resolve them
• Manage sprint backlog, grooming sessions, and sprint planning
• Maintain organized and up-to-date documentation
• Drive a proactive and can-do attitude within the team
• Motivate and support the team to foster collaboration

Job Description And Responsibilities

Prior experience as a software engineer (Web/SOA domain) before evolving into a lead or managerial position (or equivalent University education) Experience in managing cloud-native web-apps-related software projects (or similar relevant experience), preferably SaaS or PaaS projects Incredible communication and organizational skills: the ability to articulate clearly and precisely to help coordinate activities among the Server engineering group and with other departments

Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and the ability to call out risks at different stages You make sure to have a clear overview of what's going on on the project at any given moment and can report its status with relevant granularity to stakeholders at various levels Partner with other cross-functional teams including engineering, UX/UI, sales, marketing, and customer success

Grow in a technical role by providing guidance to engineers, architects and product managers about the functionalities of the product and requirements Understand dependencies between front end and back end and work towards resolving them Manage sprint backlog, grooming sessions, sprint planning for the team

You know how to manage and keep documentation organized and up to date, so everyone can quickly find what they're looking for A proactive approach comes naturally to you You have proven experience in handling multiple tasks and deadlines while maintaining a can-do attitude

Job Requirements

Experience in Telecommunications industry is nice to have

You have experience with SOA and microservices You have experience with serverless systems You have experience with hosting a cloud-native server stack

You have hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum with experience in JIRA and confluence Strong understanding of API-driven architecture, cloud-native solutions, and enterprise-grade software. Ability to understand how API works, dependency between front end and backend, resolve dependency issues.

Experience working with swagger, postman etc. Able to discuss and work closely with engineers on high-level technical design and architecture 5+ years of working in an Enterprise software company is preferred in product management, scrum management, program management

Knowledge and experience in telecom BSS product is preferred
