Hiring: Data Technical Program Manager (Google Cloud) - AI

We are looking for an experienced Data Technical Program Manager to lead a large-scale data transformation and migration program for a major telecommunications customer.

This role is ideal for a technical program leader with strong experience in GCP, data architecture, enterprise data migration, and cloud data platforms.

• Lead complex, multi-workstream data transformation and migration programs
• Manage program schedules, risks, issues, dependencies, and executive reporting
• Coordinate with Google Professional Services, partners, customer PMs, and technical teams
• Oversee GCP data platform implementation and migration activities
• Coordinate solutions involving BigQuery, GCS, Dataproc, Cloud Composer, Dataplex, Looker, and Analytics Hub
• Lead technical workshops covering Data Mesh, data products, metadata, and enterprise data catalogs
• Coordinate data pipeline validation from ingestion through GCS and BigQuery
• Drive alignment across Data, Infrastructure, Security, Cloud, and DevOps teams
• 10+ years of experience managing complex data/technology transformation programs
• 3-5+ years of large-scale data migration experience on GCP
• Strong understanding of cloud-native data architecture
• Experience with batch and streaming data pipelines
• Strong knowledge of GCP services, particularly:
• BigQuery
• Dataplex
• Strong stakeholder and technical program management experience
• Willingness to work on-site in Manila, Monday-Friday

Nice to Have

• Telecommunications industry experience
• Experience with IPDR / high-volume telemetry data
• Apache NiFi or Kafka
• Data Mesh, Data Contracts, Lakehouse, and Apache Iceberg
• Terraform / Infrastructure as Code
• GCP security technologies such as VPC-SC and IAM
• Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or related field
