Job summary

The Magnum Ice Cream Company is seeking a Technical Operator to support ice cream production in Metro Manila. You will operate, maintain and improve a range of machines across two factory areas, following safety and quality standards and driving cost efficiencies.

You will lead by example, coach operators, and help the team meet production targets while applying autonomous maintenance and problem-solving skills to reduce downtime and waste.

Qualifications

• Reading and comprehension skills in English are required.
• Ability to solve problems and coach others is essential.
• Experience organizing and coaching a small team is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Operate, maintain, improve and repair factory equipment to meet KPIs.
• Lead and coach machine operators and production crews on shift.
• Ensure safety, quality and environmental compliance in daily work.
• Implement autonomous maintenance practices and support line changes.
