Qualifications

• Flexible, willing to work on various administrative tasks.
• Strong organization, monitoring, and coordination skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong focus and accuracy.
• Able to quickly adapt to new tools and technologies (e.g., JIRA).
• Willing to render overtime when needed and adapt to changing shifts.

The IT Deployment Assistant reports directly to the Deployment Manager. This role involves monitoring different stages of software deployment.

Responsibilities

• Record and monitor requests sent to the Deployment Team
• Ensure deployment requests are fulfilled
• Coordinate with various teams to support deployment needs
• Alert System Team to act on deployment request and track request to closure
