Job summary

IGO TECHNOLOGIES is seeking a Technical Lead to drive execution of technical and architectural decisions, coach developers, and ensure best practices are followed. You will collaborate with product and engineering teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.

The role demands hands-on coding support when needed, strong leadership, and the ability to align diverse stakeholders around a scalable technical roadmap and reusable components.

Qualifications

• Experience leading technical teams and architecture decisions.
• Hands-on software development experience in relevant tech stack.
• Ability to mentor developers and onboard new practices.
• Ability to work with diverse stakeholders and vendors.
• Strong problem solving and solution design skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for technical discussions.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Product Owner to define and prioritize technical user stories.
• Resolve technical impediments with Scrum Master and PO.
• Participate in agile ceremonies: backlog refinement, sprint planning, standups, demos, retrospectives.
• Provide daily technical guidance and direction for solution development.
• Be accountable for team-level technical decisions and direction.
• Prioritize and deliver user stories from the sprint backlog.
• Create and maintain design docs and technical roadmaps.
• Engage SMEs when required for user story development.
