Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd in Manila is seeking a hands-on technical leader to continue developing software while growing the Manila engineering team. You will work with an established European product team, mentor engineers, and drive AI-assisted software development using modern practices.

You will design, build, and maintain enterprise web apps on .NET Core and React, and guide cloud-native microservices on Azure.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in C#/.NET Core development.
• 2+ years in a Technical Lead or Senior Engineer role leading teams.
• Strong experience with React and modern front-end development.
• Experience building cloud-based microservices on Azure, AWS or GCP.
• Solid knowledge of REST APIs, SQL databases, EF Core, Clean Architecture, and SOLID.
• Experience using AI coding assistants such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or similar.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Strong English communication skills.

Responsibilities

About The Role
