About the role

Accountable for end-to-end build delivery of the Deposits Management System. The role supports the Build Lead, which leads large, vendor-led build teams responsible for core banking configuration, extensions and quality of delivery. Will work closely with Solution Architects, Infrastructure, Security, Development, Integration, Testing, Operations, and Vendor teams throughout the DMS implementation lifecycle. Support the implementation, automation, security, and operations of the DMS platform and related banking systems. The role is responsible for maintaining cloud and SaaS environments, supporting deployments, implementing DevSecOps practices, monitoring system health, and ensuring secure and reliable system operations.

Key responsibilities

• Support Build stream closure ensuring all deliverables are achieved and documented; and relevant lessons learned/case studies are developed.
• Track and maintain RAID (risks, actions, issues, decisions) and dependency logs; drive follow-ups with owners and elevate blockers early.
• Assists in selecting and on-going management of vendors/suppliers for supporting selected projects.
• Support detailed planning activities and creation of schedule for the assigned areas of delivery.
• Work with the technical delivery team, solution architects, vendors teams and ITIO teams to identify, document and manage all issues and risk that will affect the scope, time, cost and quality of the delivery.
• Ensure clear and comprehensive understanding of the technical delivery scope, how those maps to the business requirements and ensure that baseline and changes are always maintained and aligned.

• Manage all activities for testing from Unit, system, integration, migration, NFR. Support the UAT testing.
• Align with the application owners and platform owners on the deployment schedules and approach and ensure all operational readiness is met prior to cut-over.

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of relevant delivery or project management experience in banking or financial services.
• Direct experience in core banking and deposits modernization programs is a plus.
• Experience supporting cloud transformation, SaaS implementation, DevOps/DevSecOps delivery, or technology modernization initiatives preferred.
• Ability to operate independently with limited supervision in a transformation setting.
• Delivery coordination and disciplined tracking of plans, actions, and dependencies.
• Clear written and verbal communication; ability to translate technical progress into concise status updates.
• Understanding of DevOps delivery methodologies and CI/CD pipelines.
• Must be willing to work on an initial full onsite before transitioning to a hybrid work set-up.
