Job summary

RecruitNest Consulting is seeking an Identity and Access Management (IAM) Senior Associate to join a global cybersecurity team in Manila. The role focuses on implementing and operating IAM solutions, managing user provisioning and lifecycle processes, and addressing complex identity and access challenges.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, ensure policy compliance, and contribute to security initiatives that enhance data protection and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 4+ years of extensive experience in Identity and Access Management, Cybersecurity, or related security functions.
• Hands-on experience with IAM technologies, user provisioning, and access management processes.
• Strong understanding of IT security principles, controls, and compliance requirements.
• Experience with ticket management platforms such as ServiceNow.
• Knowledge of SQL and database management concepts.
• Scripting experience using PowerShell, Ruby, or similar automation tools is an advantage.
• Familiarity with IAM frameworks, security standards, and best practices.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication (written & verbal) skills.

• Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders while delivering high-quality service.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team.
