Description
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Technical Analyst to become a key member of our global systems teams. This is a unique opportunity to join a team of innovative professionals who are committed to ensuring the seamless development of software solutions that are vital to the success of our organisation. In this role, you will be working with Salesforce Kantata, our core PSA tool, and will be responsible for overseeing, designing, and maintaining a number of critical developments. Your work will directly impact the efficiency and effectiveness of our operations teams, making this a pivotal role within our organisation. As part of the Kantata team, you will ensure projects are delivered in line with the company’s development, change and release processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain developments on Kantata under the Salesforce platform.
- Collaborate with various teams to understand requirements and implement solutions.
- Document integration processes and maintain up-to-date system diagrams.
- Monitor system performance and ensure all functionality functions as expected.
- Analyse and troubleshoot systems issues, providing technical support to internal teams.
- Provide training and guidance to team members on Kantata and other integration tools.
- Collaborate with operational teams around the world as required.
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
- Salesforce Administrator Certification.
- PSA domain expertise (resource planning, utilisation and project financials).
- Experience in Kantata configuration (projects, resource tracking, forecasting).
- Hands‑on experience using and implementing Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Revenue Cloud an advantage.
- Custom Development of Flows.
- Ideally experienced using change sets and deployment tools such as Gearset.
- Demonstrable experience covering the complete project life cycle, in a structured environment (agile methodology) working in sprints.
Desirable:
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent.
- Previous project experience with interfaces between multiple systems.
- Previous experience of working across multi-state locations and time zones, within a company that has experience of mergers and acquisitions.
- Experience in the technology sector, even better in the professional services world is desirable.
- In depth understanding of the underlying processes that business systems support in a production environment.
