Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any field; Education/Communication preferred.
• 2–3 years’ trainer experience supporting a tech account.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
• Strong English communication, written and spoken.
• Willingness to work in a shifting or graveyard schedule.

Responsibilities

• Create and revise training materials for staff development.
• Fill out accurate reports and maintain client communications.
• Lead, coach, and assess new hire training and nesting.
• Coach learners in nesting and BQM environments.
• Oversee trainee progression and provide actionable feedback.
