Job summary

You will document activities, support clients, collaborate with colleagues, and adhere to safety standards while contributing to service excellence and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience as Technician or similar role in trades/services.
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills for complex issues.
• Ability to follow technical specifications and procedures safely and accurately.
• Experience with preventative maintenance and asset management is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot and repair technical equipment and systems.
• Conduct routine maintenance and inspections.
• Install, configure and test new equipment and components.
• Document maintenance and repair activities with accurate records.
• Respond to technical issues and service requests from clients and internal teams.
• Collaborate with other technicians and departments to resolve problems.
• Adhere to safety protocols and industry standards.
