Qualifications

• 4–7+ years in technical support or similar customer-facing technical roles.
• Experience with SaaS platforms, APIs, databases, scripting, and cloud services.
• Proven troubleshooting skills and clear communication under pressure.
• Strong knowledge of web technologies, integrations, and system architecture.
• Experience with Zendesk and Jira; ability to write knowledge base articles.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical problems across software, APIs, integrations, and infrastructure.
• Reproduce issues, perform root cause analysis, coordinate with engineering for fixes.
• Create and maintain runbooks, FAQs, and technical documentation.
• Lead incident response or participate in on-call rotation for critical issues.
• Log issues and updates accurately in the internal tracking system.
• Support multiple cloud and hardware solutions and ensure customer success.
