Job summary

REALPAGE (PHILIPPINES), INC. is seeking an experienced Technical Support Level 3 to provide advanced technical and functional support for RealPage software solutions.

You will troubleshoot complex issues, guide users, and coordinate with Tier 3 and cross-functional teams to drive resolution. You will stay current on product updates while contributing to AI-driven support initiatives and process improvements.

Qualifications

• 3 years of college education in Business/IT or related field.
• 2–4 years of technical customer support experience in a SaaS environment.
• Experience with CRM and support tools (Salesforce, Zendesk, Jira) and SaaS troubleshooting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of SQL; exposure to Python, automation workflows, and AI-assisted support tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced technical and functional support for RealPage solutions, resolving complex issues via phone, email, and chat.
• Serve as the primary escalation point for customer support and coordinate with Tier 3 and cross-functional teams.
• Document interactions, resolutions, and escalations with clear ticket management.
• Stay current on product updates and contribute to process improvements and KPIs.
• Leverage AI-powered tools and automation to improve troubleshooting efficiency.
• Use scripts and SQL queries to streamline tasks and identify automation opportunities.
• Contribute to AI knowledge bases and ensure compliance with governance guidelines.
