Job summary

Ameriprise India LLP seeks an experienced Technology Operational Risk Management professional to support 2LOD risk oversight across technology and cyber domains. You will assist in risk assessments, event monitoring, governance, reporting and risk oversight as per enterprise standards.

You will partner with first-line stakeholders to communicate ORM requirements, support policy adherence, remediation tracking and continuous process improvement, with in-office collaboration three days per week

Qualifications

1-3 years of relevant experience with master's degree.
Excellent written and spoken English skills.
Ability to work independently and lead cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Risk Assessments & Monitoring - Supports execution of Risk oversight activities, including RCSAs, control monitoring, and risk documentation collection.
Risk Events & Risk of Change Support - Tracks Risk Events and ROC activities, documents issues, and ensures timely escalation and resolution.
Governance, Reporting & Data Management - Helps develop risk reports, dashboards, KRIs, and management reporting for decision-making.
Business Partnership & Risk Advisory Support - Works with first-line stakeholders to communicate ORM requirements and remediation tracking.
Continuous Improvement & Framework Support - Contributes to process improvements and stays informed on evolving risk trends.
