Ameriprise India LLP seeks an experienced Technology Operational Risk Management professional to provide independent oversight of technology and cyber risk. You will drive risk assessments, governance reporting, and risk analytics to support leadership decision-making.

The role partners with technology and cyber security stakeholders to implement ORM requirements, advise on controls, and support audits and regulatory engagements while promoting continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and spoken English skills.
• Ability to work independently and lead cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Oversee risk assessments and provide credible challenge of first-line tech risk activities (RCSAs).
• Oversee risk events and risk of change processes, prepare governance materials and track remediation.
• Develop and maintain risk reporting, dashboards, KRIs, and management information for governance.
