Job summary

Business Process Outsourcing International, Inc. seeks a Product Head – Technology to define and manage the organization’s technology products and digital solutions. This role leads end-to-end lifecycle, aligning strategy with execution and business goals.

The ideal candidate has a strong technology background with extensive product management experience, SDLC and Agile expertise, and the ability to bridge business needs with technical capabilities; onsite Malate and immediate start are expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8+ years in product management or technology leadership.
• Proven track record delivering technology or digital products end-to-end.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience translating business needs into product requirements and user stories.
• Able to lead and mentor cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the technology product strategy and roadmap.
• Lead end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to launch and optimization.
• Identify tech trends and market opportunities to drive innovation.
• Translate business needs into clear product requirements and user stories.
• Mentor Product Managers, Product Owners, BAs, and team members.
• Coordinate with Engineering, IT, UX/UI, QA, Sales, Marketing, and Ops.
