Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology or related field is required.
• Minimum 6+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Technology Service owners and Project Managers to implement projects and BAU initiatives.
• Place orders for equipment and services and provide status reporting.
• Identify risks and create mitigation plans; follow change management processes.
• Provide documentation and artifacts for projects and secure required resources.
• Build strong relationships across service centers and with Technology teams.
