Genpact in the Philippines is seeking a Business Analyst to drive AI-enabled transformation across global client programs. You will conduct technological assessments, build business cases, and translate business needs into actionable technology solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in commerce, economics, finance, or related fields.
• MBA or MS in analytics is a plus.
• CBAP, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, PMP certifications are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct technological assessments.
• Develop business cases for technology investments.
• Analyze market trends and industry best practices.
• Provide recommendations for technology solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand business needs.
• Assist in the implementation and integration of technology systems.
