Outsource Accelerator in Metro Manila is seeking a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer to design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications powering our core marketplace and supporting platforms.

You will work across the full stack with backend APIs, frontend interfaces, and cloud deployments, collaborating with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver robust, high-performance solutions.

Role Description

As a Senior Fullstack Software Engineer at Outsource Accelerator, you will design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications that power the core marketplace and supporting platforms. You will work across the full stack, implementing robust backend services and APIs, as well as building intuitive, responsive frontend interfaces. On a day-to-day basis, you will collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to refine requirements, architect solutions, review code, and improve system performance and reliability. You will also participate in continuous improvement efforts, including refactoring, optimizing database queries, enhancing security, and automating testing and deployment pipelines. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Metro Manila.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Computer Science, including data structures, algorithms, and system design.
• Proficiency in Software Development and Programming, with experience building and maintaining production-grade web applications.
• Hands-on experience with Back-End Web Development, including APIs, databases, and server-side frameworks.
• Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and application of OOP principles in real-world projects.
• Experience with modern frontend frameworks (e.g., React, Vue, or similar) and responsive UI development.
• Knowledge of relational and/or NoSQL databases, query optimization, and data modeling.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, or Azure), CI/CD pipelines, and containerization tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• Ability to write clean, maintainable, well-tested code and conduct constructive code reviews.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team.
• Relevant bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience in marketplace, SaaS, or high-traffic web platforms is an advantage.

We’re looking for a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer to join the engineering team of a leading European healthcare technology company developing enterprise software used by audiology clinics across Europe.

NON-NEGOTIABLE REQUIREMENTS

• C# / .NET – 5+ years of hands-on experience with modern .NET / .NET Core
• React – 3+ years of hands-on React development, preferably with TypeScript
• Azure Cloud – Strong hands-on experience developing, deploying, and supporting applications in Azure
