Job summary

Intelligent Technical Solutions is seeking a Project Engineer II to plan, implement, and deliver IT infrastructure projects for clients. You will independently manage standard infrastructure projects, collaborate with internal teams and clients, and create precise project docs to enable long-term success.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of hands-on infrastructure experience, strong troubleshooting skills, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience implementing and supporting IT infrastructure projects.
• Experience with distributed or remote teams.
• Hands-on experience deploying and troubleshooting servers, networking, cloud platforms, endpoints, and infrastructure technologies.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced consulting or project-based environment.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong customer service and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of client technology projects while meeting scope, quality, and delivery timelines.
• Configure, deploy, and troubleshoot infrastructure technologies including servers, networking, cloud platforms, firewalls, wireless solutions, and endpoint management.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients throughout planning, implementation, and handoff.
• Produce accurate implementation notes, as-built documentation, and knowledge base articles.
• Identify process improvements and update SOPs and knowledge base documentation.
• Proactively identify risks and resolve issues to ensure project success.
• Provide technical guidance during execution and share knowledge with peers.
• Ensure solutions meet client expectations and support long-term stability.
