Job summary

Capgemini in the Philippines seeks an experienced SCCM/Windows deployment engineer to package software, maintain SCCM libraries, and manage patching via SCCM and WSUS. The role requires scripting in AdminStudio, WiseScript, Batch, and PowerShell, plus strong troubleshooting and collaboration skills.

The candidate will contribute to 24x7 operations, produce technical docs, and support release deployments. A 3-year SCCM background and ticketing experience are essential.

• Troubleshoot deployment issue.
• Deployment saturation reporting.
• Provide support for release deployments in a 24x7 operations environment as required.
• Produce technical and operational documentation.

• Evaluate and apply company standards and criteria using judgement in making adaptations and modifications to SCCM applications & packages. This includes scripting in the development of SCCM application/ packages.
• Troubleshoot deployment issue.
• Deployment saturation reporting.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
• Provide support for release deployments in a 24x7 operations environment as required.
• Produce technical and operational documentation.

Job Requirements:

• 3 years relevant experience working with SCCM.
• 1+ Service Now or equivalent ticketing system experience.
• Must be able to communicate technical concepts clearly to a wide audience
• Demonstrate a customer focused attitude.
• SCCM Feature Knowledge (Applications, packages, baselines, global conditions, task sequences, queries).
• Microsoft Active Directory Administration experience.
• Security patching using SCCM with WSUS integration.
• AdminStudio (creating MSI and MST).
• WiseScript experience.
• PowerShell and Batch scripting experience.
• SQL experience (desired) .
• Experience with Microsoft Operating System deployment tools: MDT, SCCM, OSD and Windows PE.
• Ability to work in a 24x7 on-call after hour rotation environment .
• Good understanding of change management.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
• Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
