Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in fashion, premium, luxury, lifestyle, or specialty retail
• Experience in sales leadership or team management
• Strong understanding of retail sales and KPIs
• Excellent communication and people-management skills
• Commercially driven, hands‑on, and results-oriented
• Passion for fashion, design, and premium customer experiences
