Mary Grace Cafe in Parañaque is seeking a Warehouse Team Leader to oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient receipt, storage, inventory management, and dispatch of goods.

You will lead warehouse staff, maintain safety and quality standards, and ensure operational targets are achieved, with coordination across Production, Logistics, and Procurement teams.

Formación

• 1–2 years warehouse experience, preferably in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, and logistics processes.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of warehouse staff.
• Monitor receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch operations.
• Ensure inventory accuracy through regular stock counts and reconciliation.
• Maintain compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and warehouse procedures.
• Allocate manpower and resources to meet operational requirements.
• Monitor team productivity and provide coaching and performance feedback.
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies and operational issues.
• Ensure proper handling, storage, and organization of materials and products.
• Coordinate with Production, Logistics, Procurement, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Prepare and submit warehouse reports, including inventory, productivity, and attendance records.
• Promote a safe, clean, and organized work environment.

Job description:

The Warehouse Team Leader is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, ensuring the efficient receipt, storage, inventory management, and dispatch of goods. This role leads warehouse personnel, maintains safety and quality standards, and ensures operational targets are achieved.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of warehouse staff.

• Monitor receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch operations.

• Ensure inventory accuracy through regular stock counts and reconciliation.

• Maintain compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and warehouse procedures.

• Allocate manpower and resources to meet operational requirements.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and warehouse management systems (WMS) is an advantage.

• Willing to work on a shifting schedule and render overtime when necessary.
