Job summary

Emerson is seeking a Team Leader for Engineering Proposals to lead a Customer Care Team supporting the Quote-to-Book process for the Australia New Zealand region. The role drives performance, develops team members, and collaborates with Supervisors and Operations to improve service levels and efficiency.

You will plan and prioritize work, build strong cross-functional relationships, and deliver solutions that meet customer expectations in a fast-paced environment.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering-related field.
• At least 1 year of progressive leadership experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

If you are a Team Leader, Engineering Proposalslooking for an opportunity to grow your career, this gives you the chance to lead a Customer Care Team supporting Quote-to-Book of Isolation Valves for the Australia New Zealand region. You will be driving performance and developing team members, that will help us grow the business. You will also assist the Supervisor and Operations Manager in improving service level, productivity, and efficiency to help achieve key business metrics.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Manage teams and ensure that performance targets are met or exceeded and proactively communicate with various stakeholders' critical updates that could impact on the business.
• Support projects related to continuous improvement and other ad hoc tasks to support the strategic priorities of the business.
• Handle escalations and ensure that customer requests and concerns are addressed in a timely manner.
• Develop individual contributors to ensure they can maximize their talents and fully explore career opportunities within Emerson.
• Plan, organize, and coordinate team activities that will increase engagement and drive morale.
