Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Operations Management, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in a team environment with 5+ team members.
• 2+ years of demonstrated leadership experience or leading projects.
• Experience working with ERP and CRM systems such as SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and support Contract Administrators and Sales Productivity Specialists based in Manila.
• Assist Sr. Manager with workload distribution and resource planning to meet service levels.
• Monitor operational queues and workflow management tools to ensure timely completion of deliverables.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, accuracy, and productivity; propose process enhancements and automation.
• Maintain work instructions and training documentation for Manila Contracts.
• Communicate updates and feedback to Commercial Operations leaders.
