Job summary
ECI is seeking a Team Lead, Implementation Services to oversee end‑to‑end enterprise infrastructure projects globally. You will evaluate client technology needs, help develop configurations and standards, and leverage automation to deploy, validate, and troubleshoot environments including hybrid and cloud deployments.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline, or equivalent hands‑on experience.
Responsibilities
- Deploy on-premises infrastructure services, integrate with Microsoft Cloud Ecosystem solutions, and ECI’s Private Cloud base solutions.
- Independently drive project objectives to closure with minimal supervision and provide regular status updates.
- Collaborate with groups to implement, upgrade, migrate, and retire infrastructure and solutions.
- Document processes, procedures, and lessons learned for iterative deployment and automation.
- Diagnose and resolve issues in client projects or preproduction environments and coordinate with internal resources.
