Job summary

ECI is a leading global provider of managed services, cybersecurity, and business transformation. The Team Lead, Implementation Services will oversee end-to-end deployments, evaluate client needs, and help build standardized configurations and automation across global projects.

Responsibilities include collaborating with engineers, documenting procedures, and guiding new infrastructure builds, upgrades, and migrations.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent hands-on experience with 10+ years in enterprise infrastructure.
Advanced experience with Windows Server, Azure cloud platforms, and automation.
Strong written and verbal communication for technical docs and stakeholder updates.
Experience in high‑velocity delivery and client‑facing engagements.

Responsibilities

Lead implementation projects end‑to‑end with minimal supervision.
Deploy on‑premises infrastructure, integrate with Microsoft Cloud solutions and private cloud bases.
Document processes, runbooks, and artifacts for repeatable deployments.
Diagnose issues in production and onboarding environments; coordinate with vendors.
Drive continuous improvement and certifications in Azure/O365/AWS across the year.
Collaborate across teams to meet project objectives and manage risks.
