Job summary

Appen Limited is seeking a capable leader to oversee a team of annotators in a shift-based role in the Philippines. The candidate will manage performance, coach team members, and ensure delivery of daily workloads with strong communication across management.

Requirements include a college degree, at least 3 years of work experience with 1 year in a supervisory capacity, and willingness to work on-site at the Cavite offices (Imus City or Bacoor City).

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Monitor and report on team performance and KPIs.
• Handle settlement processing and other administrative tasks.
• Interface with management through excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Report and plan for unexpected situations.
• Learn requirements and tasks such as identifying content in images/videos, writing text descriptions, and answering survey questions.
• Practice to improve annotation skills until tasks are done correctly and efficiently.
• Complete assigned workload every day.

About you

• Minimum of 3 years of work experience, including at least 1 year in a management role (e.g. team leader or supervisor)
• Above average communication skills
• College graduate
• Amenable to work on shifting schedule
• Must be willing to work on-site in our office located at Imus City or Bacoor City, Cavite
• Preferred: Familiarity with Human Intelligence Tasks
