Job summary

APPEN SERVICES PHILIPPINES is seeking a highly qualified leader to oversee the Team of skilled Annotators. The role focuses on team leadership, project management, and performance coaching to build strong, productive teams.

You will supervise daily annotation work, coach staff to improve performance, monitor KPIs, manage workload, and communicate with management. On-site in Imus City or Bacoor City, Cavite.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of work experience with at least 1 year in a management role.
• Above average communication skills.
• College graduate.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the team for annotation project
• Coach team members and enhance their performance
• Manage staff turnover effectively and build strong teams
• Monitor and report on team performance and KPIs
• Handle settlement processing and other administrative tasks
• Interface with management through excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Report and plan for unexpected situations
• Learn requirements and skills for specific tasks, such as identifying specific content in an image or video, writing text descriptions according to audio or text, answering survey questions
• Practice to improve annotation skills until the task can be done correctly and efficiently
• Complete assigned workload every day
