Job summary

VRI Crew is seeking a qualified leader to oversee a team of annotators in Cavite. The role emphasizes coaching, team-building, and managing performance metrics. You will lead daily operations, monitor KPIs, and coordinate with management to ensure timely delivery.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of experience, including 1+ year in a supervisory role, and is willing to work on-site in Imus/Bacoor, Cavite. Familiarity with HUMINT tasks is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of work experience, including at least 1 year in a management role.
• College graduate required; those with relevant experience will be considered.
• Amenable to work on shifting schedule.
• Familiarity with Human Intelligence Tasks preferred.
• Willingness to work on-site at Imus/Bacoor, Cavite.

Responsibilities
