Job summary

The Reading Station (TRS) Greenhills is seeking a Teacher-in-Charge to balance teaching excellence with leadership. You will lead by example as a senior instructor, while serving as the branch operations focal point and mentor to new staff.

You will also handle student assessments and provide insightful progress reports to parents, with a 2-year commitment and potential to start this month.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of teaching experience; level lead or coordinator is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Highly organized, energetic, a problem-solver and takes initiative.
• Willing to commit to a 2-year contract.
• Willing to undergo specialized training to master our methodology.

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

• Experience: 1–2 years of teaching experience. Experience as a "level lead" or coordinator is a plus!
• Communication: Excellent communication skills

• Commitment: Willing to commit to 2-year contract.
